SHIPPING
All of my jewelry comes to you nicely wrapped, ready for gift giving! All orders ship within 2-3 days (except on weekends) with priority mail, which includes a tracking number. It takes on average between 5-12 days to arrive to overseas locations.
Orders over $250 require a signature. Made to order ship within ten business days. Overnight or 2-day shipping is available via FedEx, please contact me for a quote. International shipping, please contact me for a quote. Any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be shipped with a customs form declaring the full value.
RETURN POLICY
I do accept layaways. Items need to be paid in full within 30 days with a maximum of 3 payments. Items are subject to a deposit which are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE/ EXCHANGEABLE with another piece. All sales are final, however, you may exchange an item for credit toward another purchase under these guidelines: You must contact me to request an exchange, items must first be shipped back to me at your cost, including insurance, and in the same packaging, within 3 business days from the receipt of the item. Items must be returned in original condition or else a 50% restocking fee will apply. I reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition. No exceptions. Credit for returns is for one year from date of original purchase. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
